By submitting your registration form and payment, and by participating in the Conference, you expressly agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Registration and Payment
Participants must complete registration and payment in full prior to the conference. Payments may be processed via Revolut Ltd., Barclays Bank PLC, or Stripe, depending on the selected method.
2. Publication and Copyright
Accepted submissions will be published as journal articles in the official GS100 journal ("Journal"), under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Authors retain copyright and grant the Organizer non-exclusive rights to publish and distribute their work in electronic and printed formats.
3. Video Submission and Usage Rights
Participants submitting video presentations grant the Organizer explicit, perpetual, non-exclusive permission to publish, distribute, and publicly display submitted video content, including but not limited to publication on the official conference website, YouTube channel, and social media platforms.
4. Data Protection – GDPR (UK & EU)
The Organizer fully complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR. Participants have the right to:

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for registration and publication fees associated with the GS100 Global Science Conference ("Conference") organized by AI DECISIONS LTD.
1. General Policy
Due to the academic and editorial nature of the services provided, including peer review and scientific publication, all payments made after article acceptance are final and non-refundable.
By submitting payment, participants acknowledge that the fees cover custom, non-refundable academic services, including peer review, editorial processing, and publication in the GS100 journal. These services are considered fully delivered upon acceptance and payment. Optional participation in associated media and distribution channels is also included.
2. Exceptions – Force Majeure
Refunds will be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:

Documented serious illness or death of the participant

Major technical failure on the part of the conference organizers

Other unforeseeable force majeure circumstances beyond the participant’s control
All requests must be submitted in writing to mail@gs100.org and include verifiable documentation. Approved refunds are subject to a 5% administrative fee.
3. Currency and Transaction Fees
All refunds are processed in GBP (£). Any banking charges, currency conversion fees, or transaction gateway feesincurred during payment or refund are non-refundable and must be borne by the participant.
4. Institutional and Group Submissions
If an institution registers multiple articles and later withdraws one or more, refunds may be processed per withdrawn article, provided the article was not yet accepted and published. Each case will be reviewed individually, and refunds—if applicable—will be issued in accordance with this policy.
5. Processing Time
Refunds approved under force majeure conditions will be processed within 15 business days. Confirmation will be sent to the participant’s registered email.
